Ultrasound is a general examination using ultrasound rather than radiation to obtain radiological images. This procedure is commonly used in cases of pregnancy.

- musculoskeletal procedures under ultrasound including injection of drugs in articulations
You can eat and drink normally.
An hour before the exam, drink three glasses of water in order to fill your bladder. Generally, this amount should be sufficient so that your bladder is full when we perform the ultrasound exam, so do not urinate in the meantime.

Fasting state five hours before the exam (no drinking, no eating, smoking or chewing).
